UCSC Genome Browser
The UCSC Genome Browser is a powerful tool for visualizing genomic data from many different sources.
We use "track hubs", which are collections of hosted genomics tracks. For these RNA-seq experiments, the tracks display coverage scaled to library size. So the y-axis units correspond to reads per million mapped reads.
